• Email address — provided when you create an account, used for authentication and communication.
• Watchlist data — the stocks you add to your watchlists and any notes you attach to them.
• Usage analytics — anonymous interaction data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to help us improve the product.

• Provide the service — authenticate you, store your watchlists, and deliver AI-generated stock analysis.
• Improve the app — understand usage patterns to prioritise features, fix bugs, and enhance the experience.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Analytics provider — anonymous product analytics to understand aggregate usage.
• Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring to maintain reliability.

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.

• AI-generated opinions are cached and may be retained for service improvement and audit purposes.
• Your profile and watchlist data are retained until you delete your account.
• Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate form and cannot be traced back to individual users.

You have the right to:

• Export your data — download a copy of your profile, watchlists, and positions via your account settings or the /api/user/export endpoint.
• Delete your account — permanently remove your account and all associated data through your account settings. This action is irreversible.
• Withdraw consent — stop using the service at any time. You may also contact us to request data removal.
